Technologies

The original flowmeter technology includes variable area flowmeter, turbine flowmeter, positive displacement flowmeter and differential pressure flowmeter. The new technology is less mechanical and more electronic, but all flowmeter technologies have been greatly improved with the addition of electronic enhancements, including protocols that enable digital control. These flow meters work with other control elements, especially valves, to handle flow in manufacturing.
